Richard has previously worked in London, most recently as a Business Planning Coordinator for Gemserv Limited. He has extensive administrative and project coordination experience, and has held roles in team management, systems and process improvement, reporting and MI, and service delivery.
Richard’s skillset also includes cross-departmental communication, stakeholder engagement, budgeting, invoicing, and resource tracking. He has experience in recruitment, training, and management of staff. Richard is PRINCE2 Practitioner and ITIL Foundation certified, and has strong writing and editing skills.
Dorian has spent most of his career working in France but recently moved to Wellington. He has a Technical Diploma in Electrical Engineering and Industrial Informatics. Dorian is also a specialist in Automatic Systems. Dorian has obtained a Bachelor of Engineering and Electrical Engineering and is currently working as a DOORs specialist for Kiwirail. He has extensive knowledge of DXL with DOORs, Object language, Reqtify tools, Matlab, SCADA, PCVue and Saia. Dorian has additional experience in coding, developing programmes, IBM DOORs training and as part of a customer support team.

Chantel’s part-time role at Gemtech involves carrying out a range of activities on behalf of Gemtech and the clients of Gemtech. Chantel is also a personal assistant to the Managing Director, helping Gemtech run smoothly as a business from an administrative perspective. Chantel loves getting involved and being part of the bigger picture.
Currently studying towards a Bachelor of Arts and Laws conjoint degree at Victoria University, Chantel is able to employ the skills learnt in a classroom environment directly into an operational business.
Harriet’s part-time role at Gemtech involves carrying out a range of activities on behalf of Gemtech and the clients of Gemtech. Harriet is also a personal assistant to the Managing Director, helping Gemtech run smoothly as a business from an administrative perspective. Harriet has a willingness to learn and will welcome any challenge, aiming to do the best of her ability in every task. She is a quick learner and is able to add value to any task thrown her way.
