Geoffrey has experience from the past nine years in Project, Programme and Portfolio Management (P3M), benefits realisation, risk and issues, change management, business analysis, auditing and assurance. He has developed the use of change management principles to enable and uplift the compliance of enterprise reporting for P3M using Planview, Microsoft Server and i-lign. These all required vertical stakeholder engagement to embed software tools and establish standard practices around processes for Portfolio and Project Management Office’s, and Enterprise Project Management Office’s respectively.
Geoffrey has had a successful career as a Corporate Advisor, Economist and Financial Analyst and Market Commentator. His assurance experience includes conducting IQA activities, forensic data and spreadsheet analysis, health checks and reviewing project management processes to provide current state assessments. Geoffrey has a sharp and very personable character with an open and positive approach to work and people. He easily develops productive working relationships at all levels, instilling an atmosphere of collaboration. Geoffrey has proven the ability to network across multiple agencies bringing key stakeholders together, ensuring the successful delivery of high-profile programmes. He understands the key drivers and potential roadblocks to delivering effective cross-agency programmes.
