Dave has over 30 years’ experience in the delivery of a variety of business-related consulting services, both within the public and private sector. He has advised many New Zealand government departments and fully appreciates the rigour and accountability requirements of providing advice that is likely to be carefully scrutinised by an independent party or central monitoring agency.
Dave’s advisory strengths lie in the areas of Business Development and Management, Project and Programme Management, Independent Quality Assurance, Infrastructure Asset Management Planning (especially Roading/Transport) and the provision of procurement related services.

Brianna Huddleston

Brianna is an experienced Project/Programme Coordinator with a background in IT, having provided project support for 20+ public sector IT projects, primarily focused on the delivery of new applications and application upgrades. Her IT experience also comprises Business Analysis and consulting in the IT and risk domains, working with private and public sector clients.
Brianna brings expertise in financial forecasting, reporting, technical release management and change communications for projects. Her passion lies in building strong client and team relationships and together delivering quality outcomes.
Brianna is ICAgile DevOps and PRINCE2 Practitioner certified.
