Dave has over 30 years’ experience in the delivery of a variety of business-related consulting services, both within the public and private sector. He has advised many New Zealand government departments and fully appreciates the rigour and accountability requirements of providing advice that is likely to be carefully scrutinised by an independent party or central monitoring agency.

 

Dave’s advisory strengths lie in the areas of Business Development and Management, Project and Programme Management, Independent Quality Assurance, Infrastructure Asset Management Planning (especially Roading/Transport) and the provision of procurement related services.
