Angela O'Hara

Angela’s role as Managing Director of Gemtech includes General Management, Delivery Management, Relationship Management, Business Development, and overall Quality Assurance. Angela brings over 10 years of Leadership and Management experience across both the Private Sector/Professional Services and Government, including six years' experience as Chief Operating Officer at Gemtech. Highly motivated, results driven, and committed to achieving high-quality outcomes for our clients, Angela's focus is to help our clients improve business performance and productivity in order to achieve outcomes that benefit New Zealand.

With a background in Digital Delivery and Information Management, Angela has extensive experience working on large scale Programmes of Work and technology implementations that deliver transformational change. During Angela's 15 years’ of Consulting experience, Angela has obtained an excellent understanding of the people side of technology, and extensive experience in delivering good governance, change leadership, and strong business engagement.

Angela has worked with a wide range of government, local government and private sector clients across New Zealand and Australia. Angela also delivers hands-on Consulting and Advisory services in the areas of Programme Management and Information Management, and has significant experience in Enterprise Content Management Implementations.
