Geoffrey has experience from the past nine years in Project, Programme and Portfolio Management (P3M), benefits realisation, risk and issues, business analysis, auditing and assurance. He has developed the use of change management principles to enable and uplift the compliance of enterprise reporting for P3M using Planview, Microsoft Server and i-lign.

Geoffrey’s assurance experience includes IQA activities, forensic data and spreadsheet analysis, health checks and reviewing project management processes to provide current state assessments. He develops productive working relationships, instilling an atmosphere of collaboration. Geoffrey understands the key drivers and potential roadblocks enabling the successful delivery of high-profile, cross-agency programmes.
