With over 21 years in varied public sector roles, Kashmir is an experienced and credible leader. She has invaluable experience in education, public policy, development of plans, strategies, frameworks and business cases, implementation at regional and national levels, programme management, community consultation and stakeholder engagements, coaching and mentoring.
Kashmir has completed a Master of Education from Victoria University of Wellington, Bachelor of Education from The University of the South Pacific (Fiji) and Managing Successful Programmes (MSP). Apart from her day job and raising her family, she advocates for community language retention and leads various other charity and community work.
