Katie has over 10 years’ experience in strategic advisory and change management roles. She is particularly skilled in strategic and transformational change, with experience in business integration building readiness and contingency plans to facilitate successful transition.

Katie has a wide breadth of experience designing, planning and implementing change across operational and project environments, imparting knowledge to embed change at a technical, organisational and customer level. She is an Accredited Change Manager through APMG International.
