Charlie is a technical project manager adept at working in waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery models. She hits the ground running in any new contract and quickly develops positive stakeholder contacts and relationships and has an indepth knowledge of the machinery of government. Having worked with a number of chief executives and senior leadership teams in various industries, she is very adept at dealing with all audiences and applies both a best practice and pragmatic approach to projects and programmes. Charlie has a broad skillset including property project management, AoG procurement, PMO best practice, project financial monitoring and reconciliation, and data analysis.
