Fiona brings 20 years of operational project management experience to Gemtech, along with exceptional leadership and stakeholder management. She is adept at developing and assessing business cases, and is skilled in business improvement and risk assessment.

Fiona has worked in a range of sectors including social and community funding, regional economic development, justice and corrections, primary industries, infrastructure and local government. She now forms part of our Napier-based property and environment team.
