John Dyer

Senior Consultant

John has extensive experience leading and developing teams. He has held senior roles across a range of organisations from Defence to high performance sport, to international disaster response and relief operations. He is accustomed to working in challenging environments and was awarded the NZ Gallantry Decoration for his actions in West Africa.

John has an analytical approach and is adept at applying innovative and lateral thought processes to strategic and operational problems. He has extensive experience reviewing and developing business capacity and performance. John is skilled at developing and managing effective change processes enabling organisations to become more agile.
