With a business leadership and technical delivery background, Marcus has an effective set of risk and issue management skills that have ensured the successful implementation of the projects, changes and transitions for which he has been responsible for.

As an experienced manager, Marcus has unique skills in dealing with individuals at all levels of an organisation. He is able to quickly assess the requirements in any given situation and is not afraid of making difficult decisions when required.
