Senior Consultant

Paul is an experienced Programme Director and Business Consultant with a strong commercial background. He has a proven track record of delivering in the public and private sectors and is used to managing multiple stakeholders with conflicting priorities and delivering dynamic solutions.

A strong technical background in Defence, with a focus on transformation and programme establishment has helped Paul to achieve and deliver. He has experience developing and managing the delivery of multimillion dollar proposals, business cases and change management blueprints. Paul has previously held line management responsibilities and reported directly to Military leaders, Boards of Directors and Chief Executives.
