Neil Fallow

With nearly four decades of public sector experience, André is a highly skilled generalist researcher and policy and systems analyst. His work encompasses strategic and operational policy development and implementation, a notable example being the Construction Health Environment Safety Specifications, a health and safety system for the NZDF's camp and base reconstruction programme. André's research work includes EECA's Energy Efficiency and Conservation Strategy where he compared NZ industrial energy efficiency policies and programmes against those of 12 OECD countries. Finally, he is a specialist writer with his assignments including drafting consultation and submission analysis documents for the Ministry of Justice's Sustainable Funding Project.
